I had a wonderful stay here for six nights. the hotel did everything to get us into our room early, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver after long, hot days exploring. They offered two cozy relaxation areas, perfect for winding down after our adventures. The only downside was that the beds were a bit hard, but it didn't take away from the overall experience at all. 😊

The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after exploring the city, and the fresh pastries at breakfast were a delightful way to start the day.

Our experience was utterly frustrating. Prior to our arrival, we were assured that everything would be in order, but upon checking in, the staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving us sweltering in the heat, and when we asked for help, we were met with dismissive attitudes. The cleanliness of the room was also disappointing. I found questionable stains on the bedding that made me question whether they had been changed at all. This is the last time I'll choose this hotel.

We had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the easy access to the Roma Termini train station just a short walk away. The staff helped us with local tips, and the breakfast spread, including pastries and eggs, was a daily delight. Traveling with our baby was a breeze here.
My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities in the hotel. It could really use a kid’s play area to keep them entertained during downtime.

The 24-hour reception staff were super helpful, and we loved visiting the Roman Golf Club, such a great way to unwind. Enjoyed exploring nearby sights instead of dealing with public transport. Plus, the cleaning staff kept everything spotless!
However, the room we got wasn't the best. The bathroom design was a bit impractical, and cleanliness wasn't up to par. It definitely impacted our experience.

great location but room was a bit small
The location made it easy for us to explore many attractions, especially the Colosseum. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, which enhanced our experience.
Our superior quadruple room felt cramped for four people.

The room was spacious and super clean, which was a plus for me. It had a comfy bed that made it easy to unwind after a long day. I liked the modern vibe too, even if it didn’t have much of the Italian flair. The daily cleaning kept everything fresh, and I appreciated that. Just a heads up—there was a bit of street noise at night, but it wasn't too bad.
